The Plan

Bocce ball is a popular activity among Napa residents.

This project is geared toward developing a document to guide the City in its planning efforts to support the recreational needs of current and future Napans. Simply stated, the City of Napa Parks and Recreation Master Plan will provide a blueprint that will guide decisions related to improving Napa's parks and recreation facilities and recreation programming.

Existing Napa parks and recreation facilities, as well as related planning efforts, provide a strong foundation for future improvements to the current system. Using this foundation, the Community Resources Department will develop a set of strategies and goals to continue its success.

Additionally, the Plan will strengthen the City's opportunities for developing partnerships and leveraging resources to enhance the parks and recreation system for all residents.
